Split roller bearings refer to bearings with split inner rings, outer rings, or both, which are mainly used in scenarios where easy installation, disassembly, and maintenance are required. 

 

Split Spherical Roller Bearings: As shown in the figure below, it has two symmetrical rows of rollers, a common spherical outer raceway, and two inner raceways angled to the bearing axis. This structure enables it to bear heavy radial loads and combined or unidirectional axial loads, and it also has self-aligning properties.

Split Cylindrical Roller Bearings: The inner ring, outer ring, and roller assembly of the bearing are completely split. As shown in the figure below, this type of bearing can bear radial loads and some axial loads and is suitable for a variety of load and speed conditions.

 

Applications

Mining Industry: It is widely used in mining machinery such as crushers, mills, and conveyors, which can meet the requirements of heavy load and harsh working environment in the mining industry.

Cement Industry: In cement production equipment, such as rotary kilns, fans, and continuous casters, split roller bearings play an important role in ensuring the stable operation of equipment.

Power Generation Industry: It is used in power generation equipment such as wind turbines, steam turbines, and generators to support the high-speed rotation of shafts and bear various loads.
