A: Yes, we are able to customize bearings in different styles, and sizes in different brands. The production line have annual output of 5 million sets of bearings, including manufacture and testing machinery.

A: 1. Email or WhatsApp us the model, brand and quantity, consignee information, shipping way and payment terms; 
2. Proforma Invoice made and sent to you; 
3. Complete Payment after confirming the PI; 
4. Confirm Payment and arrange the delivery.

A: The delivery can be arranged in 3-6 working days, for bulk orders is 5-15 days. We can guarantee direct delivery, timely delivery and ensure the primary source. If special bearings not on stock, we still might be able to help you.
We can allocate cargo from the agents of original countries such as Sweden, Germany, USA. and Japan. Our warehouse and cooperated partners located in Malaysia, Singapore, Mainland China, Hong Kong China etc, .

A: We promise to bear the following responsibility when defective product is found:
1. 12 months warranty from the first day of receiving goods;
2. Replacements would be sent with goods of your next order;
3. Refund for defective products if customers require.

Total weight more than 45kg, less than 200kg, shipping by air. It will take about 5-7 days.
Total weight more than 200kg, shipping by sea. (cheapest way) It will take about 25-35 days.
